Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotional events), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Bulky Items: Some large furniture pieces may require a special delivery service — you’ll be notified before checkout or contacted to confirm delivery details.
We strive to offer the most cost-effective shipping options available.
4. Delivery Process

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky furniture items.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Leave the item in a safe place (if safe drop is available), or

Leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup from a depot.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [your email] with:

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Australia.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
